Payment and Cancellation
Payment Policy
- 25% of the total vacation package shall be paid in advance as a token amount to make a reservation.
- 30% of the total vacation package cost to be paid within a week after reservation.
- Remaining 45% of the total package cost to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
- Flight fares and transportation fee need to be paid in full and in advance at the time of making a reservation of your package.
- In case of travel is within 15 days of vacation package reservation, the total cost of the vacation package shall be paid in full in advance.
- Above-mentioned policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies from the respective agent serving you on an email.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 30% of total cost of package will be deducted when cancelled at 30 days or more prior to departure.
- 50% of total cost of package will be deducted when cancelled between 29-15 days prior to departure.
- 75% of total cost of package will be deducted when cancelled between 14-08 days prior to departure.
- 100% of total cost of package will be deducted when cancelled within 07 days of departure.
- - Refund of flight fare is subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airline and may be non-refundable.
- - At the time of cancellation, the refund amount will be processed after the deduction of retention fee.
- - Above-mentioned policies are subject to change without any prior notice and customers will be provided with the final policies by the booking agent.
- - Note: Refund may take 45-60 working days.
